Jill Sibert
Experienced with multinational corporations as well as international events, Jill Sibert has handled all facets of exhibitor and event management in the technology industry. Recognized as an expert in this field, Jill has served as a steering committee member, exhibits chair and has been elected General Chair for the 2007 International Test Conference (ITC), the premier global test technology conference.

In 2006, she was named to the Golden Core of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Computer Society. Created by the IEEE Board of Governors in 1996, this distinction is bestowed on select individuals each year, serving as a permanent roster of the principal contributors to the IEEE’s success.

In addition, Jill is an elected advisor for the Semicon North America Exhibits Committee.

Judy Tonkin, CMP
Judy Tonkin has nearly two decades of experience in the development, marketing and implementation of broad-based programs for the pharmaceutical industry. From small advisory board meetings to symposia that draw thousands of attendees, she has successfully managed both accredited educational (CME, CE) and promotional events worldwide.

A Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), Judy has served as the director of meeting services and vice president of member services for the North Central Jersey chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO-NCJ).
